Pam has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience both as a banker and a senior executive. She has held senior executive positions in finance, accounting and administration at two NYSE companies, Willbros USA Inc. and Galveston-Houston Company, as well as at TransCoastal Marine Services Inc., a turnaround NASDAQ company. Prior to her experience at Willbros USA Inc., Pam served as Vice President at GulfStar Group, where she completed M&A and private placement transactions. She also served as Director of Alumni Engagement at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in Houston, where she directed the school’s strategic planning process in collaboration with the dean and the school's stakeholders. Pam serves on the board of Purple Songs Can Fly Project, a non-profit organization that benefits children with cancer. Pam has also been on numerous non-profit boards including the National Association of Women MBAs, where she served as a chairwoman.
