Colt has 22 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Since joining GulfStar Group in 1992, he has completed numerous private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate finance advisory assignments. Prior to 1992, Colt spent three years in the Corporate Banking Group of NationsBank Corporation, where he was involved in arranging and structuring senior debt for leveraged buyouts, re-capitalizations, and general corporate financings for Fortune 500 companies.
