Transaction Results

GulfStar Group announced the sale of Parsons E&C, a Houston-based construction and engineering company, to Worley Group Limited, a publicly traded energy equipment and services company based in North Sydney, Australia.  GulfStar served as Parsons E&C exclusive financial advisor.
