Chase Telecommunications, Inc.

Chase Telecommunications, Inc. ("Chase" or the "Company") was formed to own the PCS wireless licenses for 11 contiguous 15 MHz BTA's in Tennessee which serves 6.3 million people. The Company's network was developed by Leap Wireless International Inc. under an agreement which allowed Leap to acquire the assets of Chase. The Company currently has a network in operation in Chattanooga and Nashville.
